Crock Pot Upside – Down Pineapple
1 yellow cake mix
(including everything to make the cake mix – eggs, oil, etc)
¼ cup melted butter
⅙ cup brown sugar
15 ounces can – crushed pineapple with liquid
10 maraschino cherries – cut into pieces
Set a 6-qt crock pot to low – make sure it is well greased.
Pour in melted butter, then brown sugar. Add crushed pineapple and cherries.
In a large bowl, mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour batter into crock pot slowly – cook for 4–5 hours.
